1．支票的概念
支票是指以银行为付款人的即期汇票（A cheque is a bill of exchange drawn bank payable on damand）。具体来说，支票是银行存款户对银行签 发的授权银行对某人或其指定人或执票来人即期支付一定金额的无条件书面支付命令。
A cheque is an unconditional order In writing addressed by the customer（the Drawer）to a bank（the Drawee）signed by that customer authorizing the bank to pay on demand a specified sum of money to or to the order of a named person or to bearer （the Payee）．
